This section walks through the various sources of revenue for the state and provides links to different places where additional information regarding revenue can be accessed. Chief among these if Article 8 of the Texas Constitution - which we run through section by section. We also look at information from the Fiscal Size Up and the Comptrollers office.
Hopefully students will develop a bit of expertise on tax policy in the state. If not - at least you will be familiar with where you can gather additional information.
